Adami Vigneto Giardino Rive di Colbertaldo Asciutto 2018

Classy Prosecco from the hills of  Valdobbiadene where all the top vineyards are located. Entirely from glera, the nose is very pears: Anjou, Poire Williams and Nashi. Floral too, including acacia. The ripe fruitiness is balanced by freshness delivered via a creamy texture. The long finish ends with a pinch of gentle sweetness. Very fine and elegant. Delicious on its own and pairs admirably with sushi, sashimi, tempura, pakoras, dim sums and burrata.
